SAAH is soliciting proposals from contractors that demonstrate the capability and the proven experience to perform general construction and housing rehabilitation services. From this solicitation, SAAH intends to create a list of on-call contractors for upcoming construction and rehabilitation projects on an as-needed basis.
The on-call list of contractors will support projects ranging from minor home rehabilitation, substantial home rehabilitation, and home reconstruction. Work will be completed by the contractors selected from the on-call list.
