Now Hiring: Case Manager

Operation Rebuild is a home rehabilitation program that works with low-income homeowners across San Antonio. The Operation Rebuild Case Manager serves as the primary liaison between participating homeowners, community partners, and the program team. This role provides bilingual (English/Spanish), trauma-informed case management, delivers wraparound services, coordinates resources, and ensures timely progress on all assigned projects. This unique and comprehensive approach is a model for how public investment in home preservation leads to long-term impact. The Case Manager maintains detailed documentation, assists with program inquiries, and adapts to changing program needs to ensure homeowner success and program effectiveness.
